THE JUGAAD LABS is a dropservicing E-Commerce Technology platform which facilitates the meeting of end users with specialized service providers through website https://thejugaadlabs.eu/. Users and Service Providers are neither in control THE JUGAAD LABS nor THE JUGAAD LABS is the owner of such services or provides such services. The entire purpose of the platform is to make end users meet the selected service providers and place orders by using THE JUGAAD LABS website.

Your usage of the Website/Mobile App, creation of an account as well as the services offered on this website/Mobile App are strictly subject to your acceptance of and without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the 'Terms of Use' or 'Agreement')

It neither no responsibility of the quality of the services, taste, workmanship or their timely performance.

THE JUGAAD LABS shall only facilitate in making you meet the aggregator or Service Provider with whom THE JUGAAD LABS has partnered. As a customer, you can use our Mobile App or the website for identifying the service providers, accessing their services, bookings/ preordering, payments, and summary of the order. You understand that THE JUGAAD LABS does not have any control on the end product.

As a (Service Provider), you can log in and access our Mobile App/Website for updating your services/ availability, your terms and conditions for providing services to end users and timely delivery of the products. You shall also be responsible for quality of the products/ services.

CONDITIONS PRECEDENT FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

• You shall maintain privacy of Customers that may seek your services through THE JUGAAD LABS Websites. You shall be responsible to maintain the information securely in your server deploying the latest method of security.
• THE JUGAAD LABS retains the right in its sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Technology Platform/Website and the services it offers, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Us.
• You agree that in case your account may be suspended/locked by THE JUGAAD LABS for any breach of the terms of this agreement, then in such event you shall reach out to the customer support at the earliest for a resolution.

• The Jugaad Labs does not employ service providers; they operate as independent contractors or businesses. The platform serves as a mediator to showcase services and facilitate transactions.
• Providers must ensure the accuracy of the details they list, including service descriptions, pricing, and availability.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, including but not limited to the Swedish Contracts Act (Avtalslagen 1915:218), the Swedish Consumer Services Act (Konsumenttjänstlagen 1985:716), the E-Commerce Act (2002:562), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and relevant Tax Law (Skattelagen). Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

The Jugaad Labs reserves the right to remove providers from the platform who fail to meet these standards.

5. Customer and Provider Disputes

• The Jugaad Labs provides a dispute resolution mechanism for conflicts between customers and service providers.
• Any disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the service being rendered.
• Dispute resolution may involve mediation, refunds, or adjustments as deemed appropriate by the service provider.

6. Payments and Fees

• Payments for services are processed securely through our payment gateway Swish.
• Both Users and Service providers agree to the deduction of a platform fee/convenience fee/subscription (wherever applicable) from the payments received.
• Customers/Service providers will receive receipts that can be used for reporting taxes or reimbursements(wherever applicable).

7. Liability and Limitations

• The Jugaad Labs acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of service providers or customers.
• Any damages, issues, or injuries resulting from the use of services must be reported within 24 hours of the service being rendered. The Jugaad Labs will facilitate a dispute resolution mechanism for conflicts between customers and service providers. Dispute resolution may involve mediation, refunds, or adjustments as deemed appropriate by the service provider.
• Claims must be reported to The Jugaad Labs within 24 hours for consideration at support@thejugaadlabs.eu or chat@thejugaadlabs.eu or Instagram @thejugaadlabs.eu with valid proof.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

• The Jugaad Labs adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure user data is protected.
